Process & Timeline
Week 1 — Demolition & rough-in
Removed existing tub-shower combo, vanity, and floor tile. Re-routed plumbing for separate walk-in shower and tub installation.
Week 2 — Waterproofing & tiling
Installed cement backer boards, applied waterproofing membrane, tiled walls and floor, and set quartz ledges.
Half Week 3 — Fixtures & finishing
Installed vanity, LED mirror cabinet, shower glass, and brushed-nickel trims. Final grouting, sealing, and ESA electrical inspection completed.
