01Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging Reno Mumu for any renovation project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
02Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial renovation services in Toronto & the GTA, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, condo, outdoor, and commercial projects. All services are subject to:
- Availability of materials and scheduling
- Permits or approvals where required
- Written agreements defining scope, pricing, and timelines
03Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time.
- Final pricing may change due to site conditions or requested changes.
- Changes to scope require written approval and may adjust pricing or timelines.
- Payments follow the schedule in your contract.
04Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information
- Secure condo board / landlord approvals if required
- Ensure site access during scheduled hours
- Remove or secure personal belongings before work starts
05Permits & Compliance
Reno Mumu may assist with or obtain required permits where applicable. Clients remain responsible for compliance with condo / building rules unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06Warranty & Liability
Workmanship warranty terms are defined in your contract. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing structural or plumbing / electrical issues
- Damages caused by third-party contractors not hired by us
- Delays beyond our control (e.g., supply chain, weather, permitting)
07Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced. Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated case-by-case.
08Website Use
