I had a wonderful experience working with this renovation company. From the very beginning, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Their pricing was very competitive, especially considering they use high-end materials and employ certified contractors. Ming, the owner, was incredibly patient and attentive, answering all of my many questions in detail and never making me feel rushed. Although I ultimately couldn’t move forward with my project due to personal reasons, I saw photos of their high-quality work from other clients, and it’s clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship. Overall, the entire experience was honest, transparent, and pleasant.
