Interior Design FAQ

What does your interior design service include?

Concept development, moodboards, finish schedules, lighting plans, millwork elevations, 2D floor plans, and 3D photorealistic renders. We can also prepare permit-ready drawings when required.

How long does a typical design phase take?

Concept to final approval often takes 1–4 weeks depending on scope and revision cycles. Kitchens and bathrooms are usually faster than full-home packages.

Can you work with existing measurements or do a site visit?

Yes. We can start from your plans or measure on site. For remote starts, we’ll guide you to provide photos, rough dimensions, and inspiration images.

Do you also handle material sourcing and finish selections?

Absolutely. We help select tile, stone, flooring, paint, hardware, fixtures, cabinetry finishes, lighting, and more—with practical options that match your budget.

What’s the difference between design and renovation services?

Design defines the look and details (plans/renders/specs). Renovation builds it. Because we do both, our designs are buildable, code-aware, and cost-realistic.

Which areas do you serve?

Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and the wider GTA.
