Standard kitchen renovation pricing is $25K-$50K+. Final pricing follows an onsite assessment; HST and third-party fees are separate.

Standard kitchen renovation projects are completed in 7 - 14 days. The applicable completion date is confirmed in writing.
Can you renovate a small kitchen without moving every service?
Yes. A small-kitchen scope can prioritize storage, cabinetry, surfaces, lighting, and workflow while retaining suitable plumbing or appliance locations.
Do you coordinate permits and inspections?
We coordinate required permit applications and inspections for applicable projects. Government, engineering, and third-party fees are separate unless listed in the contract.
What is confirmed before construction?
Your contract confirms the included scope, fixed contract price, payment milestones, and written completion date. Changes require written approval.
